Samuel “Skip” Schumann III, M.D. is a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the Medical University of South Caroline. He completed his undergraduate education at Wofford College, received his M.D. from MUSC’s College of Medicine, completed his Internal Medicine internship, residency and chief resident year at MUSC. He is actively involved in quality improvement projects at MUSC and is interested in health care utilization research. He is also engaged in graduate medical education in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
