overview Dr Habib Rizk is the Director of the Vestibular Program in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head &Neck Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is an assistant professor in Otology/Neurotology. He joined the department in July 2015 after completing a fellowship in Otology and another in Neurotology in MUSC. He leads the Balance and Dizziness clinic , a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the treatment of patients with these complaints, in collaboration with Neurology, Physical Therapy, the Sleep and Anxiety group in the Institute of Psychiatry as well as Nutrition services. He is a subinvestigator in clinical trials for novel therapies for Meniere's disease and tinnitus. His research interests include outcomes of intervention in various vestibular disorders and more specifically in the Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome and Vestibular Migraines.
