    Ragan DuBose-Morris, PhD, is the Director of Learning Services for the South Carolina Area Health Education Consortium and an Assistant Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina. Her duties include implementing telehealth services through a statewide network of videoconferencing systems and developing educational programs for healthcare students and professionals. Dr. DuBose-Morris received her BA in communications from the College of Charleston and a MA in media studies from The New College of California. She earned an EdS and PhD in Computing Technology in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
