    Sampson Royce Sampson is the Chief Operations Officer for the South Carolina Clinical and Translational Institute (SCTR), academic home of the Medical University of South Carolina, National Institutes of Health, Clinical & Translational Science Award grants. She led the development and implementation of the SCTR SUCCESS Center, Research Support Services program, and the SCTR Finance and Administration Office and has served as the Director for both of these offices since SCTR’s inception in 2009. Previously, Ms. Sampson served as the Co-Administrative Director, Finance and Administration, and the Regulatory Support Director for the General Clinical Research Center and as the Business and Grants Manager and Director of Regulatory and Quality Assurance for the Department of Psychiatry, Clinical Neuroscience Division. Ms. Sampson is a Research Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry and a Certified Research Administrator.
